What’s Included?

All of the music, excursions, gratuities, port charges, taxes, and the standard AMA experience are included in your ticket price, including the following features and amenities:

  • Accommodation during the cruise

  • All gourmet meals onboard: early riser coffee and croissants; a rich buffet breakfast; a festive lunch buffet; afternoon tea & coffee with cake, cookies, & sandwiches; and a multi-course dinner

  • Free-flowing red and white wine from the local regions; beer or soft drinks for lunch and dinner

  • Sip and Sail happy hour nightly, one hour before dinner

  • 24-hour coffee & tea station, including ice water and iced tea. Cappuccino, latte and espresso can be requested during all meals

  • Captain’s Welcome Champagne Reception and Gala Dinner, and Captain’s Farewell Champagne Reception and Gala Dinner, plus several Theme Dinners

  • Bottled water, fluffy bathrobes, and slippers provided in each cabin

  • Use of the hot tub or swimming pool (as equipped) on the sun deck, and the wellness center inside, including fitness equipment

  • Use of the bicycles and helmets onboard

  • Onboard Internet (via flat-screen TV & keyboard in each stateroom, and wireless in our two lounges)

  • In-cabin movies

  • Elevator on board, operating between 4 different levels: Restaurant (Level 1), Staterooms (Level 2), Lobby and Panorama Lounge (Level 3) and Staterooms (Level 4); (elevator does not go to the lowest deck or Sun deck)

  • Our daily shore excursion program during the cruise, with English speaking guides, including use of our QuietVox headsets

  • Services of our professional English-speaking Cruise Director

How much will it cost?

  • Credit card prices will range from $5500 to $7188 PER PERSON for cabins and $8733 PER PERSON for suites. As always, this is an all-inclusive rate, which includes cabin, excursions, meals, wine and beer with lunch and dinners, the ever-popular Sip and Sail happy hour before dinner, tax, port charges, administrative costs, and gratuities.

  • You will be required to pay a $1000 registration fee by credit card upon completion of your registration. This fee if non refundable if the cruise is confirmed.

  • The remaining funds will be charged to your credit card when the cruise is confirmed and you are contacted by our travel partner and are non refundable.

  • We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance, to offset any risk, which will be offered by our travel partner.

* indicates French balcony feature. French balconies open up to a railing—flush with the exterior wall—instead of a platform, so that you may enjoy fresh air and river views, without the risk of stepping out off the side of the ship.

Payment Plans

TOTAL CRUISE PAYMENT (does not include any other purchases such as travel insurance, pre and post bookings, etc.) and paid by credit card:

  • Cruise Registration Fee ($500 per single cabin/$1000 per double cabin) FOR EACH CRUISE SELECTED collected when registering.

  • Cruise Booking Deposit ($1000 per person/$2000 per cabin, with a credit of the Registration Fee) upon confirmation of the cruise.

  • Monthly Payment Plans (12 monthly payments) and Standard Payment Plans (4 payments throughout the year) will be available for the remaining amount due – beginning January, 2024 through 2024. 

  • All fees are nonrefundable.

Refunds & Cancellations

All payments made are non-refundable at the time of payment. Guests are strongly urged to purchase Travel Insurance when your deposit is made to offset this risk. Our travel agent partner will be offering this to all our guests as an option when you make your deposit.    

NOTE: In the event that you cannot attend, you can transfer your reservation for a fee of $200 PER PERSON. The monetary arrangements are between you and the person taking your place.  We can pick up payments for a transfer.   

What this means:

When you make any payment – the completed deposit or final payment, that money is not refundable.

  • For example, if you pay your cruise booking deposit and cancel, you will lose all monies paid to date.

  • For example, if you cancel after you pay the balance due, you will lose all monies paid to date.

Terms & Conditions

By registering, you understand and accepted the following terms.

I understand that all prices are PER PERSON, based on double occupancy, and include administrative costs, taxes, gratuities, port charges and fees FOR THE CRUISE.

I understand that my registration here is for TWO people in a cabin.  ONE registration is ONE cabin for TWO people. 

I understand that my booking cruise deposit will be paid upon registration and is nonrefundable, 

My credit card will be charged by AMA WATERWAYS for the cruise payments.  This payment is for Rick Braun's River Cruise Getaway ONLY (i.e. the seven day cruise on the AmaDolce).

I understand that I will be responsible for all other fees for travel to and from the ship and any other activities I chose to do while on this trip.    NOTE: we also offer transfers and additional pre and post cruise hotel/activities, for an additional fee. 

I assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of my destination and connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destinations. Many countries require that the passport be valid for six months or more after date of entry. Some countries will not admit persons convicted of a crime. I assume full and complete responsibility for health-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as health affidavit forms, health screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings, vaccinations, or quarantines.
